π Ingredients:
– 2 duck breasts π¦
– 2 tablespoons of honey π―
– 2 tablespoons of soy sauce π₯
– 2 cloves of garlic, chopped π§
– 1 teaspoon of fresh thyme πΏ
– Salt and pepper, to taste π§
π₯£ Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 200Β°C (392Β°F).
2. Cut the skin of the duck breasts into crisscross shapes, taking care not to cut the meat.
3. In a bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, chopped garlic and fresh thyme.
