According to the fire department report, the Chevrolet Corsa, with the registration number Benedict Novo (SC), was leaving a nearby church and heading towards his hometown when it crashed into the dam.
The vehicle stopped at a depth of 1.5 to 3 meters and was pulled out of the water using a winch. The car had the front windows down and the right rear door open.
