Fantastic slices of cream that melt in your mouth

Firstly, for the cream rolls, preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat and line a baking tray with baking paper.

Then crumble the flour, yeast and butter. Add the yolk, salt and flour. Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.
Then roll out and cut triangles. Fill them with jam and roll up.
