Lemon pralines, definitely try it

First, finely crumble the sponge cake. Put the chocolate in a mixing bowl.
Now put the butter and cream in a saucepan and stir over a low heat until the butter has melted. Bring to the boil and remove from the heat. Now pour the hot cream mixture over the chocolate and stir with a spoon until the chocolate has melted. Next, add the biscuit crumbs and lemon zest and put it in the fridge until the mixture is firm enough to form balls, this takes about 30 minutes (stir occasionally).
