Puff pastry strudel with ham and cheese, absolutely dangerous!

Egg Wash: Place the strudel seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top and sides with the beaten egg to give it a golden, glossy finish. If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds or poppy seeds on top.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed up and golden brown.
Cool and Slice: Allow the strudel to cool for a few minutes before slicing it into pieces. Serve warm.
Tips:
You can add some sautéed mushrooms, spinach, or caramelized onions for extra flavor.
This strudel is best enjoyed fresh out of the oven, but it can also be reheated in a 350°F (175°C) oven for about 10 minutes if you have leftovers.
Enjoy your dangerously delicious puff pastry strudel with ham and cheese!
